StudyVibes is provided as a free pomodoro timer with background music for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.
Lofi music is streamed from third-party providers such as YouTube and is subject to their terms and availability. Streams may occasionally be unavailable or change without notice.
The Service contains Amazon affiliate links and third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content, products, or policies of external websites you reach through those links.
Optional Premium plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; the lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyVibes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
